Summit Tax Group has over 40 years of commercial property valuation experience and over 30 years of commercial property tax appeal experience. STG was formed to assist commercial property owners in appealing their real property assessments in order to reduce the annual tax burden, which in-turn decreases the overall operating expenses for the property. Over the years we have established ongoing relationship with many property owners that have been notified of unreasonable increases in assessments, or their property values have been adversely affected due to changes in market conditions, occupancies, need for capital improvements and deferred maintenance.
